Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed once payment authorisation and verification have been obtained.

Items held in stock are dispatched the same day and delivered the next business day within the EU. Allow two additional days for destinations outside the EU.

Items not held in stock are dispatched within 7 working days, and then follow the same delivery times.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays begin processing the following business day. All customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

All orders are shipped via FedEx (or an equivalent service depending on your country)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders that do not include free shipping are sent for a flat fee of EUR 150.00. All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties imposed by the destination country. LabGems is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout, and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.

SHIPPING CHARGES
All shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.

TRACKING ORDERS
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
An agreement for LabGems ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed between Purchaser and Seller when the order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorised, altered or ineligible use of an offer or payment, and to modify or cancel a promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
